Is it possible to track my order ?

Yes you can obtain your tracking number by contacting us threw contact@movenna.com. The tracking number is available 4-5 days after your order.

Some of the product of my order are missing, what’s happening ?

Depending on the situation, your order may be sent in different packages. Don’t worry, the rest will come soon.

My product is damaged, what can I do ?

We are sorry to hear that. Please send us a picture of your article at contact@movenna.com and we will send you a similar product or find an agreement.

I still didn’t received my order. What is taking that much time ?

Please excuse us for this waiting. The delivery time can sometimes take more time than expected due to custom clearance. However, you can ask for the tracking number and track your order by contacting us at contact@movenna.com.

Do you have a refund policy ?

We do our best to solve the problems that our costumers could encounter. If you still wish the get a refund, please contact us at contact@movenna.com.
